Our helpdesk team is managed 7 x 24 from our Network Operations Center/Security Operations Center in our Disaster Recovery Facilities.
This data center is established to cater to our clients who have Service Level Agreement, Managed Services, Maintenance Contract or any after-sales requirements.
It is a center whereby our clients can park their service calls and have ease of mind that all their requests will be attended to. All incoming service calls will be logged online into our Helpdesk monitoring system, and all calls will be tracked and escalated accordingly.
Our friendly Helpdesk staffs, who are trained engineers, will assist you over the phone to solve simple problems or arrange for an onsite visit to troubleshoot more complicated ones.
You can even log your call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, anywhere, anytime online.
Each service call will be assigned with a report number, and the status of your request will be monitored by our systems. Should you need to know the progress of your request, just give our friendly Helpdesk a call.
